Avlana Evleri is surrounded by some of the best beaches of the area, like Aquarium, Ovabükü and Hayıtbükü.

Other Disclosures:
- Avlana House can be rented at a minimum of 5 days. The price is then 5/7 of the week price.
- In summer months, the rent for Avlana House is EURO 1.200 - p.w.
Low season (15 Oct - 15 Apr) :
- For cancellations made up to 4 days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
- For cancellations made 3 days to 1 day before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
- In case of no-show, there will be a 50% refund. In case of "force majeure", the whole sum minus € 22,50 administration fee will be refunded.
High season (16 Apr - 14Oct) :
- For cancellations made up to 6 days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
- For cancellations made 5 to 3 days before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
- For cancellations made 2 days to 1 day before arrival, a refund of 60% will be given.
- In case of no-show, there will be a 50% refund. In case of "force majeure", the whole sum minus € 22,50 administration fee will be refunded.
