Avlana Evleri consists of 5 one-stock houses and one luxurous villa. It is an ideal place for families, small groups and individuals alike. Avlana Evleri is surrounded by some of the best beaches of the area, like Aquarium and Hayıtbükü.

Children 7 - 12 years pay 50 % of charge, if they stay with their parents

• For cancellations made up to 4 days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
• For cancellations made 3 days to 1 day before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
• In case of no-show, there will be a 50% refund.  In case of "force majeure", the  whole sum minus  € 22,50 administration fee will be refunded.
  

• For cancellations made up to 6 days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
• For cancellations made 5 to 3 days before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
• For cancellations made 2 days to 1 day before arrival, a refund of 60% will be given.
• In case of no-show, there will be a 50% refund. In case of "force majeure", the  whole sum minus  € 22,50 administration fee will be refunded.
  

• Houses can be rented at a minimum of 5 days. The price is then 5/7 of the week price.
• In summer months, the rent for one Standard Guest House is EURO 1.200 - p.m.
