Cnidos Cape Crio Hike
This is a pretty difficult hike, because there's a lot of climbing and descending on rather steep rocks, (really something for the "mountain goats" among you). But the spectacular views are more than worth the effort. We have an alternative route for people who prefer walking (see Cnidos Walking Tour).
Walking distance is about 6 km. There are mostly rocks and some steep mountainsides.

Participant guidelines
This tour can be undertaken by anybody with normal health conditions. If you are suffering from vertigo, this hike is not advisable. Over the rocks, you will follow small paths through the scrubs. There are some steep climbs and descents, where you may need to use your hands and feet.
The first part of the hike is very smooth- over flat roads and through orchards of olives and almonds. After entering the main area of the Cnidos ruins, the hike will again be easy. At Cnidos and Cape Crio, you will have plenty of opportunities to go swimming.
