Golden Key - Marmaris
The locations of the Golden Key Hotels are always spectacular (see Golden Key - Bördübet). Golden Key - Hisarönü Hotel is hidden in the abundant green scenery of Hisarönü Valley, with the old village of Hisarönü on the eastern mountain slopes. Some small-scale entrepreneurs in the hospitality business have built their accommodation in the fertile delta near the sea.
Golden Key - Hisarönü is an ideal place for an extended stay, because of its central location on the Marmaris-Datca Peninsula. For people without their own transportation, the area offers many possibilities for hikes and walking tours. Mini buses can easily be found in all directions: south to Bozburun, west to Datca, and east to Marmaris.

Ask at the hotel about direct transfers from the airports of Dalaman and Bodrum.
If you take the shuttle bus from the Dalaman Airport to the Marmaris bus station, ask for the mini bus/dolmush to Hisarönü/Bozburun, or the mini bus to Datca, and get off at the Hisarönü crossing. A walk of about 1½ km lies ahead of you.
Or take a taxi from Marmaris bus station to Hisarönü (at the taxi-stop there are lists with prices for all destinations in the area).
If you have your own transportation, arrive at Marmaris and follow the road to Knidos. After about 30 km, at the crossroads with Hisarönü, turn left in the direction of Selimiye and Bozburun. Follow the winding road for about 1 km. When you have almost passed the settlement at your right, take the grey cobblestone street on your right. This leads through vegetable gardens to Golden Key - Hisarönü.
