Owner/Manager
Meet Ms. Sevgin Hanem and Mr. Salih Bey, mostly working in their ecological vegetable garden. Or preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners with most of the ingredients coming from their own garden.
Sevgin Hanem is a real specialist in preparing local food. Buns, pastries, bread and marmelades are all handmade. Village eggs and pure honey are purchased from relatives.
Salih Bey in the meantime runs the pension, is a waiter and in his spare time organises the cleaning of the beach.
They are committed to the Blue Flag Project and to real ecological food being served at their restaurant.

Your hosts Gülay and Salih maintain an ecological garden that produces much of the foodstuff served at the pension. They grow ecological vegetables, fruits and olives. All the dishes are prepared by Ms Gülay and her family members according to local recipes.
The pension is a family enterprise, generating local income.
