Commitment to and implementation of a variety of Restoration Projects of historical buildings in Turkey and abroad.
The Mehmet Ali Aga Konak has implemented the precise restoration of the 200 years old Compound and Mansion buildings which once housed the Ottoman Governor of Egypt. Governor Mehmet Ali Agha used it as his summer residence.
The accommodation uses a natural sceptic sewer system. At the restoration as much as local craftmanship along with local products were used.
Most of the foodstuffs used at the accommodation are local and ecological, serving the local community. Also most of the maintenance personnel are locals.
