Villa Almond Hill has one big living room plus an open kitchen on the first floor. There is also a depot for foodstuffs. On the second floor are two major sleeping rooms with double beds and one smaller working- annex sleeping room with a twin bed.

From the living room you can enter a patio to a lushy green garden, an ideal place to have breakfast.. The panorama over Mesudiye Bay is really breathtaking. 

The sleeping rooms on the second floor all have air conditioning. The major sleeping rooms have balconies.

Villa Almond Hill has two floors. On the ground floor is a large living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen. There is also a serre, which in summer months will be openend to a patio. On the first floor, there are two sleeping rooms, one working-room and a bathroom. In the bedrooms, there are two double beds. In the working room is a twin bed. In the livingroom is a sofa bed. Total bed capacity is for 6 (adult) persons.
