It is surrounded by olive, almond, pine and fruit trees, perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea. With three double bedrooms, large terrace, garden and swimming pool, it has all the facilities to let you enjoy your holiday in modern comfort.
Newly built villa with three air-conditioned bedrooms that comfortably accommodate six people. Three bathrooms, modern kitchen, large living room and dining room with fire place. Large covered terrace with additional dining table overlooking swimming pool and gardens with splendid views of the Mediterranean sea.
Airport transfers, day trips, guided walks, sailing trips, diving courses, or the hiring of cars, motorbikes or mountain bikes can all be arranged for you.

Low season (15 October - 15 April)
- Cancellations four days or more in advance: Total refund of your booking price (less €11.50 administration charges and bank fee).
- Cancellations between three days and one day in advance: 75% of booking price will be refunded.
- No shows: 50% of booking price will be refunded, except in case of "force majeure".
High season (16 April - 14 October)
- Cancellations six days or more in advance: Total refund of your booking price (less €11.50 administration charges and bank fee).
- Cancellations between five and three days in advance: 75% of booking price will be refunded.
- Cancellations two days or one day in advance: 60% of booking price will be refunded.
- No shows: 50% of booking price will be refunded, except in case of "force majeure".
Force majeure: Fire, earthquake, war, revolution, flood, and epidemics (source: IRMI.com).
The price is for the complete villa for a period of one week, for maximum six adults.
Prices may differ during The Feast of Ramazan from 19th - 22nd September 2009
