Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
Local craftsmen are involved in restoring the old olive mill and constructing Villa Olivio, thus creating local income. The restoration is being done using many local materials. The design is in accordance with the age-old traditions in local building techniques, creating a harmonious balance between the natural and built-up areas of the Marmaris-Datca Peninsula.
